Transgenic mice expressing iRFP under the control of the CAG promoter. This line (B6.Cg-c/c Tg(CAG-iRFP)#867Utr) exhibits stronger iRFP expression in tissues other than heart, compared to RBRC10067 (B6.Cg-c/c Tg(CAG-iRFP)#846Utr).
2012年にBDF1で作製。開発者/機関:三輪佳宏/筑波大学開発年:2012年入手経路等:C57BL/6Jは日本SLCより入手B6(Cg)Tyr<c2-J>/JはJackson Laboratoryより入手iRFP遺伝子は新学術領域研究「蛍光生体イメージ」より供与。BDF1で作製後、寄託までにB6(Cg)Tyr<c2-J>/Jに17回戻し交配を行い、transgeneをヘテロで維持し続けた。全身性に全臓器でiRFPを発現する。
Developed by Yoshihiro Miwa, University of Tsukuba in 2012. A DNA construct was injected into fertilized eggs derived from B6D2F1. Mice were backcrossed to B6(Cg)Tyr<c2-J> for 17 generations. C57BL/6J congenic line.

CAG promoterより全身性に蛍光タンパク質iRFPを発現する。特に心臓以外の臓器組織でB6.Cg-Tg(CAG-iRFP) #846より強く発現している。
